Do you take a deposit?

Yes — a refundable card deposit on collection (typically equal to one hire fee), refunded when the costume is returned on time and undamaged. Photo ID also required.

Do I need to clean the costume before bringing it back?

No. Cleaning is included in the hire fee. Just bring it back the way you wore it — we’ll handle the rest.

What if it’s damaged on the night?

Normal wear, spilled drinks and lost buttons — all expected, all on us. Genuine damage (rips, burns, irreversible stains) may be charged against the deposit. We always show you the costume condition together on collection and return so there’s no debate.
